It was a night of glitz and glamour at DG Group's 3^rd  Annual Festival honoring the best of Egypt in 2006. the star-stuck event, which took place in the elegant plaza Ballroom at the four Seasons Hotel Nile Plaza, welcomed some of Egypt's most prominent business and celebrity VIP's.

There was extensive coverage of the event with ART broadcasting the entire evening. Many other media channels were also present making interviews, filming and taking photos including Rotana, MTC, Hotel TV, Nougoom FM, Orbit and El Rai.

The evening was full of fun and entertainment, not to mention a few surprises to keep the audience going. Music legend Hameed El Sha'ari brought three talented singers with him to perform for the audience of stage. One of the memorable moments of the evening was when Tamer Hosny made a dedication to his mom. He asked her to stand up while he sang an emotional 'Matehremnesh Menek". Then he lightened the mod again with a performance of " Kol Mara ".

After all of the entertainment and awards had been handed out, there was a ruffle Draw for the audience with tow large prizes. The first giveaway provided by Lollipops was tow bags (one evening and on casual) given to Ms. Mona from Iberotel. The second giveaway provided by Malev Airways was a vacation package to Budapest including airfare and 3 night's accommodation in a 5-stars hotel. The winner of the trip was Mr. Yasser from Toyota. Congratulations to both of the winners!

DG;s Annual Festival has grown significantly sine it began, gaining more success as each year passes. This year DG was proud to hand out more awards than ever with a total of 41 including both Apperception Awards and voting Awards.
